為深入落實黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)創(chuang)新提(ti)升(sheng)年活動工(gong)作(zuo)要求,提(ti)升(sheng)機關過硬黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部建(jian)設水(shui)平,近日,山東高速路橋集團股份有限公(gong)司召(zhao)開機關過硬黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部建(jian)設推進會。集團黨(dang)(dang)委副書記田軍禎出席會議(yi)并講(jiang)話,機關各黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部委員(yuan),黨(dang)(dang)委組織(zhi)部人員(yuan)參加會議(yi)。
會議通報了機(ji)(ji)關(guan)黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)情(qing)況(kuang),集(ji)中學(xue)習了《機(ji)(ji)關(guan)過硬黨(dang)(dang)支部建(jian)設應知應會明(ming)白紙(zhi)》《基層(ceng)黨(dang)(dang)支部工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)手冊(ce)》,進一步明(ming)確了機(ji)(ji)關(guan)過硬黨(dang)(dang)支部建(jian)設總體目標 、工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)重(zhong)點、實現路(lu)徑。會議要(yao)求(qiu)支部班子要(yao)提高站位、認清(qing)形(xing)勢,通過全員爭(zheng)創、典(dian)型引路(lu)、示(shi)范(fan)幫帶(dai)、整體提升(sheng),全面(mian)提升(sheng)機(ji)(ji)關(guan)黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平,實現黨(dang)(dang)支部建(jian)設“六個過硬”。
田軍(jun)禎指(zhi)出(chu)(chu),今年(nian)是(shi)黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)創新活動提升(sheng)年(nian),也(ye)是(shi)全省(sheng)重點工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)攻(gong)堅(jian)年(nian),為圓滿完成集團“倒計(ji)時”改革攻(gong)堅(jian)任務目標(biao),推進(jin)過(guo)硬(ying)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)建(jian)設(she)是(shi)關(guan)鍵一(yi)(yi)環(huan)也(ye)是(shi)必要(yao)(yao)(yao)一(yi)(yi)環(huan)。他強(qiang)(qiang)調,一(yi)(yi)是(shi)深刻認識過(guo)硬(ying)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)建(jian)設(she)的重要(yao)(yao)(yao)意(yi)義(yi)。黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)書記要(yao)(yao)(yao)增(zeng)強(qiang)(qiang)責(ze)任感、使命(ming)感,有效發揮(hui)(hui)“班長”作(zuo)(zuo)用,落實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)“一(yi)(yi)崗(gang)雙責(ze)”,有思路、有載體、有特(te)色、有典型(xing)、有品牌的謀劃支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),解決機關(guan)黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)際(ji)問題,打造機關(guan)過(guo)硬(ying)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)。二(er)是(shi)強(qiang)(qiang)化政治(zhi)(zhi)引領(ling)。支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)班子成員(yuan)既要(yao)(yao)(yao)政治(zhi)(zhi)過(guo)硬(ying),又(you)要(yao)(yao)(yao)本領(ling)高強(qiang)(qiang),要(yao)(yao)(yao)把思想政治(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)落實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)到(dao)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu),從嚴管理教育黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)落實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)到(dao)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu),貫徹落實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)集團管理理念落實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)到(dao)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu),多措并舉(ju)加強(qiang)(qiang)理論(lun)武裝和黨(dang)(dang)性鍛煉,使每個黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)都成為堅(jian)強(qiang)(qiang)戰(zhan)斗(dou)堡壘。三(san)是(shi)加強(qiang)(qiang)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)建(jian)設(she)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)根據黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)際(ji),健(jian)全基礎類規(gui)章制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du),制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)富有本支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)特(te)色的制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)和規(gui)定(ding)(ding),規(gui)范明晰(xi)各項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)流程,形(xing)成務實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)管用的制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)體系。四是(shi)突出(chu)(chu)服務功能。要(yao)(yao)(yao)找準(zhun)圍繞中心、服務大(da)(da)局的切入點和著(zhu)力點,發揮(hui)(hui)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)宣傳(chuan)、組織(zhi)、凝(ning)聚、服務的職責(ze),全面(mian)提升(sheng)組織(zhi)力,凝(ning)聚起擔當作(zuo)(zuo)為、狠抓落實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的精氣神(shen),推進(jin)各項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)落實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)落地。五是(shi)夯(hang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)全面(mian)從嚴治(zhi)(zhi)黨(dang)(dang)的基礎。要(yao)(yao)(yao)以(yi)“五大(da)(da)工(gong)程”為抓手,認真(zhen)對標(biao)對表(biao)過(guo)硬(ying)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的標(biao)準(zhun)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求,補足短板(ban)弱項,對好的經驗做(zuo)法積(ji)極(ji)推廣、學習借(jie)鑒,推動支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)建(jian)設(she)全面(mian)進(jin)步、全面(mian)過(guo)硬(ying),為股份公司高質量發展提供堅(jian)強(qiang)(qiang)的組織(zhi)保證。
