國高青蘭線泰安至東阿高速公路泰安至平陰段主線正式通車

6月30日(ri),由山東(dong)(dong)高速集體(ti)團投(tou)資建設的(de)國高青(qing)蘭線(xian)泰(tai)安(an)至(zhi)(zhi)平(ping)陰段主線(xian)通(tong)(tong)(tong)車儀式(shi)在泰(tai)東(dong)(dong)高速一(yi)合同肥(fei)(fei)城(cheng)南收費站舉行(xing),至(zhi)(zhi)此(ci),泰(tai)東(dong)(dong)高速泰(tai)安(an)至(zhi)(zhi)平(ping)陰段主線(xian)正式(shi)建成(cheng)通(tong)(tong)(tong)車,比(bi)預計工期(qi)提前6個(ge)月。此(ci)次通(tong)(tong)(tong)車,不僅使(shi)泰(tai)安(an)至(zhi)(zhi)平(ping)陰行(xing)車時(shi)間由2小時(shi)縮短(duan)為1小時(shi),還結束了肥(fei)(fei)城(cheng)市(shi)無高速公(gong)路的(de)歷史(shi),為泰(tai)東(dong)(dong)高速全(quan)線(xian)貫(guan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)奠定了基礎。山東(dong)(dong)省交通(tong)(tong)(tong)運輸廳副廳長王其峰,省管企業高質(zhi)量發展第九服務(wu)隊(dui)隊(dui)長馬慶(qing)雷,泰(tai)安(an)市(shi)黨(dang)組成(cheng)員(yuan)、副市(shi)長趙德健(jian),山東(dong)(dong)高速集團黨(dang)委(wei)(wei)副書記、董事劉洪斌,黨(dang)委(wei)(wei)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)、副總經(jing)理艾貽忠,集團公(gong)司黨(dang)委(wei)(wei)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)、監(jian)事會(hui)主席(xi)趙亞(ya)文等(deng)出席(xi)儀式(shi)。
        泰(tai)東(dong)高速全長75公里,總(zong)投(tou)資91.8億元,采用雙向六車道(dao)(dao)(dao)標準(zhun)設(she)計,設(she)計速度120公里/小時。由集(ji)團公司承建(jian)的為第一(yi)(yi)合同段和第三合同段(泰(tai)東(dong)黃河大(da)橋)。建(jian)設(she)過(guo)程中,集(ji)團公司秉持品質施(shi)工(gong)、科技創(chuang)新(xin)理念,努力探索工(gong)程建(jian)設(she)“產學(xue)研(yan)(yan)”一(yi)(yi)體化新(xin)路(lu)徑,先(xian)后與(yu)中南大(da)學(xue)、山(shan)(shan)東(dong)大(da)學(xue)、山(shan)(shan)東(dong)交(jiao)通學(xue)院等高校開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)課題合作(zuo)并(bing)取得一(yi)(yi)系(xi)列成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)。其中,針對(dui)山(shan)(shan)區隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)施(shi)工(gong),與(yu)中南大(da)學(xue)合作(zuo)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)的《山(shan)(shan)嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)二(er)次襯(chen)砌澆(jiao)筑質量監控方(fang)(fang)法(fa)與(yu)系(xi)統(tong)”研(yan)(yan)究》,有效解決了襯(chen)砌離析分層(ceng)、跑模變(bian)形、拱(gong)頂脫空(kong)等山(shan)(shan)嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)施(shi)工(gong)常見難(nan)題,成(cheng)(cheng)功申請(qing)《隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)二(er)襯(chen)襯(chen)砌澆(jiao)筑系(xi)統(tong)和檢(jian)測方(fang)(fang)法(fa)》《一(yi)(yi)種光電壓密(mi)傳感器》兩項專利;與(yu)山(shan)(shan)東(dong)大(da)學(xue)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)的隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)控制爆(bao)破(po)技術研(yan)(yan)究,通過(guo)建(jian)立隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)精準(zhun)控制爆(bao)破(po)大(da)數據平(ping)臺,成(cheng)(cheng)功破(po)解隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)超欠挖問題;與(yu)山(shan)(shan)東(dong)交(jiao)通學(xue)院合作(zuo)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)的《高密(mi)度電法(fa)對(dui)高邊坡穩定性(xing)實(shi)時監控和自(zi)動預(yu)警技術研(yan)(yan)究》和《基于本質安全的公路(lu)施(shi)工(gong)場站優化及自(zi)動預(yu)警技術研(yan)(yan)究》被中國(guo)公路(lu)建(jian)設(she)行業協會評定為國(guo)際先(xian)進水平(ping)。在工(gong)法(fa)創(chuang)新(xin)方(fang)(fang)面,為破(po)解(jie)因黃河特大橋(qiao)樁(zhuang)基(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)越(yue)溶(rong)洞而導致的施工(gong)(gong)難題,集團加大科研(yan)攻關,采用旋挖(wa)鉆和(he)沖擊(ji)鉆接(jie)力施工(gong)(gong),大型溶(rong)洞先進(jin)行預注(zhu)漿處理,再(zai)用粘土碎石塊回填沖擊(ji),樁(zhuang)基(ji)(ji)完成后14天內(nei)進(jin)行二次壓漿施工(gong)(gong)。該方法不(bu)僅解(jie)決了(le)巖溶(rong)區(qu)樁(zhuang)基(ji)(ji)施工(gong)(gong)漏漿問題,也大大提高了(le)樁(zhuang)基(ji)(ji)承載力。目前,巖溶(rong)區(qu)超長(chang)深樁(zhuang)樁(zhuang)基(ji)(ji)施工(gong)(gong)溶(rong)洞處治綜合(he)施工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術研(yan)究已通過省經(jing)信委立項,可(ke)申報國家專利3-5項,為同(tong)類(lei)地質條件樁(zhuang)基(ji)(ji)施工(gong)(gong)積(ji)累了(le)成功(gong)經(jing)驗(yan)。
