省內最長高速公路隧道—澇坡隧道雙線貫通

10月20日(ri),“濟(ji)泰(tai)高速黨旗紅 建功(gong)立業爭先鋒”主(zhu)題黨建活動暨澇坡隧(sui)道(dao)貫通(tong)(tong)儀式隆重舉(ju)行(xing),標志著由集團公司承(cheng)建的省內最長高速公路隧(sui)道(dao)--濟(ji)泰(tai)高速澇坡隧(sui)道(dao)實(shi)現雙線貫通(tong)(tong),為(wei)全線建成通(tong)(tong)車奠(dian)定了(le)堅(jian)實(shi)基礎。山東省(sheng)交通運輸廳(ting)公(gong)路處處長(chang)張(zhang)玉宏、山東省(sheng)交通運輸廳(ting)執(zhi)法總局(ju)副局(ju)長(chang)張(zhang)剛,集團公(gong)司黨委副書記、總經理(li)張(zhang)保同,黨委委員、副總經理(li)林存友等出(chu)席儀式(shi)。澇坡(po)隧(sui)道(dao)左線設(she)(she)計(ji)全(quan)長3230米(mi)、右線3315米(mi),采用(yong)雙向六車道(dao)高(gao)速(su)公路標準建設(she)(she),設(she)(she)計(ji)行車速(su)度(du)120公里/小時,是濟(ji)泰高(gao)速(su)全(quan)線控制(zhi)性(xing)工(gong)程(cheng)。澇坡(po)隧(sui)道(dao)IV、V級軟(ruan)弱(ruo)圍(wei)巖占比高(gao)達83%,存在淺(qian)(qian)埋、偏壓、涌水等(deng)(deng)地(di)(di)質困難,并且(qie)下穿三條國(guo)防巷道(dao),交叉作業(ye)多、施(shi)工(gong)難度(du)大(da)、安(an)全(quan)風險高(gao)。為(wei)確保(bao)(bao)安(an)全(quan)質量(liang)(liang),集團邀請中國(guo)巖石力學(xue)與(yu)工(gong)程(cheng)學(xue)會(hui)、省交通(tong)規(gui)劃設(she)(she)計(ji)院(yuan)、省地(di)(di)礦工(gong)程(cheng)勘察院(yuan)等(deng)(deng)地(di)(di)質專家,多次召開(kai)論證評審會(hui),優化(hua)施(shi)工(gong)方案,建立隧(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)安(an)全(quan)預(yu)警(jing)信息(xi)反饋系統,做好全(quan)程(cheng)超前地(di)(di)質預(yu)報與(yu)監控量(liang)(liang)測等(deng)(deng)工(gong)作,有(you)效(xiao)克服了開(kai)挖斷面(mian)大(da)、埋深淺(qian)(qian)、易(yi)坍塌、易(yi)滲水等(deng)(deng)施(shi)工(gong)困難,為(wei)隧(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)提供了可靠的(de)技術保(bao)(bao)障。工(gong)程(cheng)管理(li)(li)方面(mian),執(zhi)行“高(gao)標準、嚴要求、零容忍”管理(li)(li)理(li)(li)念,按照“短進尺(chi)、弱(ruo)擾動、強支(zhi)護、快封閉、勤量(liang)(liang)測”的(de)過程(cheng)控制(zhi),嚴格管控隧(sui)道(dao)開(kai)挖、初期支(zhi)護、防排(pai)水等(deng)(deng)施(shi)工(gong)關鍵工(gong)序(xu),向安(an)全(quan)要效(xiao)益促質量(liang)(liang),確保(bao)(bao)了施(shi)工(gong)安(an)全(quan)有(you)序(xu)、平(ping)穩(wen)推進,實(shi)現了安(an)全(quan)“零事故”、質量(liang)(liang)“零缺陷(xian)”。
同時,集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)加大新技術、新設(she)(she)備、新工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝創新應用(yong),提升(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)品(pin)質。目前,依托澇坡隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)設(she)(she),集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)聯合山(shan)(shan)(shan)東大學(xue)、山(shan)(shan)(shan)東科技大學(xue)開(kai)展的《山(shan)(shan)(shan)嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)圍巖變形響應與動(dong)(dong)態(tai)控制(zhi)(zhi)應用(yong)研(yan)究(jiu)》《隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)用(yong)高(gao)性能(neng)襯(chen)砌(qi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)的研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)及(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)應用(yong)研(yan)究(jiu)》,有效解(jie)決了(le)巖體結構信(xin)息自動(dong)(dong)解(jie)譯(yi)、圍巖等(deng)級動(dong)(dong)態(tai)評定、多目標(biao)組織設(she)(she)計優化(hua)、隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)初支二襯(chen)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)開(kai)裂滲漏(lou)水等(deng)山(shan)(shan)(shan)嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)題(ti)(ti),兩(liang)項(xiang)(xiang)課(ke)題(ti)(ti)通過山(shan)(shan)(shan)東省經信(xin)委立(li)項(xiang)(xiang),可(ke)申報國(guo)家專利5項(xiang)(xiang)。成立(li)4項(xiang)(xiang)質量(liang)管理(li)體系QC小組,研(yan)發(fa)的隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)仰拱(gong)虛(xu)渣清(qing)理(li)的新設(she)(she)備,解(jie)決了(le)傳統(tong)方法清(qing)理(li)不徹底,仰拱(gong)開(kai)裂、滲水、翻(fan)漿等(deng)難(nan)題(ti)(ti);研(yan)發(fa)的掌(zhang)子面作(zuo)業臺車,解(jie)決了(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)業死角造成超(chao)欠挖、臺車移(yi)動(dong)(dong)不便等(deng)難(nan)題(ti)(ti);創新的隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)初支噴(pen)射砼施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)法,成功降低(di)了(le)噴(pen)射混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)回彈率。
作為(wei)山(shan)(shan)東省高速路(lu)網(wang)中(zhong)長期(qi)規劃“九縱五橫一(yi)環七射(she)多(duo)連”中(zhong)的射(she)四線,濟(ji)(ji)泰(tai)高速起自濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan)二環東路(lu)南(nan)(nan)延,終點位(wei)于泰(tai)安市徂(cu)徠鎮(zhen),全長55.9公(gong)里,預計2020年6月通(tong)車。工程建成(cheng)之(zhi)后,濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan)到泰(tai)安將(jiang)(jiang)實現半小時(shi)直達,對進一(yi)步(bu)完善(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)東省高速公(gong)路(lu)網(wang)布局,改善(shan)(shan)濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan)泰(tai)安東部(bu)區(qu)域交通(tong)條件(jian),促進省會城市圈(quan)經濟(ji)(ji)發展具(ju)有重要(yao)意義。同時(shi),濟(ji)(ji)泰(tai)高速沿(yan)途經過濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan)南(nan)(nan)部(bu)山(shan)(shan)區(qu)和泰(tai)安泰(tai)山(shan)(shan)景區(qu)、徂(cu)徠山(shan)(shan)、汶河景區(qu),被譽為(wei)省內“最美高速公(gong)路(lu)”,通(tong)車后可為(wei)濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan)-泰(tai)安旅游(you)景區(qu)新增一(yi)條對外連接通(tong)道,將(jiang)(jiang)大大促進“泉(quan)城”濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan)及(ji)“歷史文化名城”泰(tai)安的旅游(you)資源開發。
初心如(ru)磐(pan),使(shi)命在肩(jian)。目(mu)前,山東高速路橋(qiao)集(ji)團正(zheng)按照“不忘初心、牢記使(shi)命”主(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)育,聚焦主(zhu)責主(zhu)業,狠抓擔當(dang)落實(shi),全力推進省(sheng)內重點工程建設,為服(fu)務全省(sheng)交通基礎建設再立新功。
