新臺高速洪河隧道右洞順利貫通
12月28日,新臺(tai)高速洪(hong)河(he)隧道右洞順利貫通,標志著工(gong)程建設取得階段性進展。
洪(hong)河隧道(dao)(dao)位于(yu)新泰市汶(wen)南鎮,為(wei)雙(shuang)向(xiang)四車道(dao)(dao)分離式隧道(dao)(dao),左、右線全(quan)長均為(wei)515米(mi)。洪(hong)河隧道(dao)(dao)V級軟弱(ruo)圍巖(yan)占比(bi)約68%,巖(yan)體多為(wei)強、中(zhong)風化(hua)灰(hui)巖(yan),巖(yan)體較破碎,強度及穩定性較差,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)風險系數(shu)高。與此同(tong)時(shi),隧道(dao)(dao)進出口淺埋(mai)段長,埋(mai)深最淺位置約1米(mi),多次下穿(chuan)鄉村(cun)道(dao)(dao)路,鉆爆設(she)計及爆破振速控(kong)制為(wei)控(kong)制重點(dian)。為(wei)克服施(shi)(shi)工(gong)難(nan)點(dian),項目部優化(hua)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)方(fang)案(an),嚴格(ge)開展超前地質預報和監控(kong)量測(ce)工(gong)作,堅持“弱(ruo)爆破、短進尺、強支護、早封閉、勤量測(ce)”的施(shi)(shi)工(gong)原(yuan)則(ze),合理安(an)排施(shi)(shi)工(gong)工(gong)序,優化(hua)工(gong)序銜接,縮短單循環作業時(shi)間,確保(bao)了隧道(dao)(dao)順利貫(guan)通。
