12月(yue)20日,鐵路工(gong)程公(gong)司參(can)建的(de)東營(ying)至青州高速公(gong)路改擴(kuo)建工(gong)程項目小清河特大橋至陽(yang)河互(hu)通段實(shi)現雙向通行,標志著東青高速改擴(kuo)建工(gong)程東營(ying)段正(zheng)式通車。

項目按照“半幅(fu)封閉施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、半幅(fu)單向保通(tong)”交通(tong)組織(zhi)方(fang)案,于2024年1月完成(cheng)左幅(fu)拓寬改(gai)造(zao),東營方(fang)向通(tong)行全面(mian)(mian)轉(zhuan)序至(zhi)新建(jian)半幅(fu),關鍵性工(gong)(gong)(gong)程節(jie)點大清(qing)(qing)河特(te)大橋(qiao)(qiao)于今年9月1日(ri)順(shun)利合(he)龍。改(gai)擴建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程舊橋(qiao)(qiao)拆除、橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)(liang)拼(pin)接、路基拼(pin)接為施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)重、難(nan)點,其中(zhong)小清(qing)(qing)河特(te)大橋(qiao)(qiao)(1427m)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝復雜,且施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)范圍靠近516國道,工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)較長,是制約全線貫通(tong)、影響(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)的關鍵點,項目合(he)理規劃、安全施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、緊抓工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)、攻堅克難(nan),解(jie)決了一系列難(nan)題(ti)。在小清(qing)(qing)河特(te)大橋(qiao)(qiao)跨小清(qing)(qing)河航道、引(yin)黃濟青(qing)干渠等水位(wei)較高的位(wei)置(zhi)承臺施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)采(cai)用(yong)鋼(gang)板樁圍堰,兩聯懸(xuan)澆(jiao)箱梁(liang)(liang)采(cai)用(yong)支架現(xian)澆(jiao)與掛籃懸(xuan)澆(jiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,并配備4臺帶(dai)有(you)智能(neng)監控(kong)系統的塔吊(diao)輔助施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),保證(zheng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)生產(chan)安全與進度。在橋(qiao)(qiao)頭路基和橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)(liang)銜接段采(cai)用(yong)高速液壓夯補強、液態(tai)粉煤灰臺背回(hui)填(tian)等技(ji)術(shu),有(you)效減少了臺背與橋(qiao)(qiao)臺的不(bu)均勻沉(chen)降的問題(ti)。同時,使用(yong)激光(guang)三維攤(tan)鋪機(ji)攤(tan)鋪,搭配手扶式(shi)抹(mo)光(guang)機(ji)和自(zi)重式(shi)抹(mo)光(guang)機(ji)收(shou)面(mian)(mian),保證(zheng)橋(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)(mian)平(ping)整度,厚度,坡(po)度,顯著提升通(tong)行舒適度。

項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)共計推廣(guang)24項(xiang)(xiang)“四新”技術,其中項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)K69+300-K74+300路段(duan)采用環(huan)保穩定型(xing)橡膠(jiao)瀝(li)青,占公司所建路段(duan)11.7%,與間斷級(ji)配礦料(liao)組成橡膠(jiao)瀝(li)青混(hun)合料(liao)后,能(neng)夠提高路面(mian)抗(kang)(kang)疲勞開(kai)裂、抗(kang)(kang)車轍能(neng)力、低溫抗(kang)(kang)裂性(xing)、抗(kang)(kang)水損害能(neng)力等方面(mian)的(de)性(xing)能(neng)。項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)積(ji)極開(kai)展數(shu)字(zi)化轉(zhuan)型(xing),積(ji)極探索塔(ta)吊智能(neng)監(jian)控(kong)數(shu)字(zi)化轉(zhuan)型(xing),實時觀測(ce)塔(ta)吊運行狀態,提前規避(bi)操作風險,采用“千(qian)里眼”可視(shi)化管理 、安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)監(jian)測(ce)與預警模(mo)塊(kuai)在深基(ji)坑中的(de)使用、電子識別監(jian)控(kong)系統、VR安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)教育體驗中心等科技手段(duan)加強現(xian)場安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)文明施(shi)工管理,全(quan)(quan)(quan)力打造“平安(an)百年(nian)品質工程(cheng)”。

東(dong)(dong)(dong)青高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)(lu)是國家(jia)高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)(lu)網(wang)中(zhong)的18條東(dong)(dong)(dong)西(xi)橫(heng)線(xian)(xian)的一(yi)橫(heng)和11條南北(bei)(bei)縱(zong)線(xian)(xian)的一(yi)縱(zong),是貫(guan)穿東(dong)(dong)(dong)營(ying)(ying)市南北(bei)(bei)和青州(zhou)市的交通(tong)大(da)動(dong)脈(mo),也是連接膠(jiao)東(dong)(dong)(dong)半島、山東(dong)(dong)(dong)東(dong)(dong)(dong)南部通(tong)往京津(jin)地區的黃金通(tong)道。本次通(tong)車(che)路(lu)(lu)段(duan)全長32.138公(gong)里(外加(jia)長鏈10.898m),采用雙向(xiang)八車(che)道高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)(lu)標準,全線(xian)(xian)設(she)計速度120公(gong)里/小時,途徑東(dong)(dong)(dong)營(ying)(ying)市農高(gao)區、廣(guang)饒(rao)縣,濰坊(fang)青州(zhou)市,沿(yan)線(xian)(xian)廣(guang)饒(rao),大(da)王,陽河收費站(zhan)同步恢(hui)復(fu)雙向(xiang)通(tong)行。該(gai)路(lu)(lu)段(duan)通(tong)車(che)后,將有(you)效改善區域交通(tong)條件,進(jin)一(yi)步完善山東(dong)(dong)(dong)省高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)(lu)網(wang)絡布局,對(dui)促進(jin)區域經濟社會發展具有(you)重要意(yi)義。
